Castle Farm is a family run equestrian centre on a 56 acre farm, situated on the edge of the beautiful Cotswolds. Established in 1995 in the village of Wickwar, South Gloucestershire, Castle Farm offers easy access from the M4 & M5 whilst enjoying beautiful countryside all around us. Castle Farm Livery and XC became a limited company in 2025.

LIVERY SPACES AVAILABLE:

What’s on offer:
- 3 X Livery Spaces — Pony boxes suitable for 14.2 and under. Herd turnout.
- 2X adjoining pony stables: perfect for one owner with two. Please note: stables are smaller than 12 ft × 12 ft, suitable for horses under approx. 15hh.
Facilities & Coaching:
- Floodlit, mirrored arena
- Full XC course with fences ranging from 40 cm to 90 cm– usually open for jumping May-October weather dependent. Hacking around open all year weather dependant.
- Grass riding and jumping paddock- summer use only
- Large, high sided lunging pen with lights.
- Coaching and riding tuition available on-site for all levels, including riding lessons, stable management, and groundwork.
Suitability & Conditions:
- DIY spaces: must be comfortable in herd turnout, must be under approx.
- Full livery space: suitable for any horse under yard terms.
- All packages include use of arena, XC course, and turnout.
- Conveniently located: Poplar Lane, Wickwar, Wotton‑Under‑Edge, Gloucestershire, GL12 8NS.

We not only offer livery packages, but coaching, schooling, stable management lessons and a range of events; including dressage, ground work clinics and hunter trials.
